Our Guarantee

If you find any of our books to be in less than the stated condition, you may return them within a week for a full refund. (Please let us know in advance!) All autographs and artwork are guaranteed authentic, and may be returned for a full refund if proven otherwise by an acknowledged expert.

Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service. We visit the Post Office a minimum of twice weekly and usually moreoften.

Shipping charges for USPS Media Mail within the continental United States is $4.50 for the first book and $2.25 for each additional volume. Shipping charges for Priority Mail within the continental United States is $6.50 for the first book and $3.50 for each additional volume. Oversized books may require an additional fee. Insurance is available for an additional charge. Artists and Authors is not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured shipments. Please let us know if you require insurance.

We calculate international shipping and handling on an individual basis ~ please let us know where you are, and we’ll let you know the cost of shipping the book by Global Priority (if possible), air mail and surface rate.

Payment

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and bank or certified checks. For in-store purchases, we also accept checks drawn on a local bank.

To purchase a book using a credit card e-mail us at info@artists-authors.com. If you want to send payment through the mail, we can reserve your book for 7 days after you confirm the order.
